Here’s a roundup of the otaku news you may have missed after a busy holiday weekend.

-In advance of the 5th edition of D&D, Wizards put up the basic rules for download.  The Mary Sue noticed something interesting.

-Is this the Yamanote line? It will be in about 15 months.  In other travel & tourism news, Fuji-san is now open for business.

-In crowdfunding news, Mighty No. 9 and Robotech have cartoons in potentia.  Also, apropos of nothing, potato salad.

-The Pokemon Center is going online. GET HYPE

-In music news, put on your Simon Cowell Face because this is University Idol.  Also, Kai-You goes all FiveThirtyEight on Kagerou Project

-Former sentai actor and Flamenco Girl MAO is lending her voice for the ToQger movie.
